**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Management**:

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity.

2. **Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.

3. **Communication**:

- Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and external contacts.

4. **Data Management**:

- Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
- Prepare reports and summaries as requested.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

5. **Financial Administration**:

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports.
- Monitor and manage office budgets and expenditures.

6. **Project Assistance**:

- Support project management activities by tracking progress and deadlines.
- Assist with research and compiling information for projects.

7. **General Support**:

- Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred.

**Experience**: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Utilized any accounting software/ system.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
