Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiency such as payroll.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software, such as invoicing and billing
- Coordinate and schedule appointments orders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with general clerical duties as needed
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks, Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a construction/concrete industry a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and visitors
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying
