**Job Description**:
**What You’ll Do**:
The core parts of your role will be to:

- Manage the talent acquisition strategy to ensure the ability to attract top talent to support the achievement of strategies and initiatives, including embedding the Employee Value Proposition.
- Lead the performance management process by communicating job expectations and tracking progress of individual activities and effectiveness of the team. This includes determining individual goals, offering job coaching, training, motivation, and support to help employees meet objectives and quality requirements, reviewing progress, and offering feedback as required.
- Work with the EVP of Employee Experience to develop departmental goals, effective KPIs and roadmaps based on defined strategies and goals and uses metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement. Report on these department goals, KPIs, and roadmaps.
- Respond to complex and/or escalated talent acquisition inquiries within established turnaround times.

- A combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment and selection in a corporate environment. Experience in a leadership position is considered an asset.
- Skilled in relationship building; possesses skills to quickly establish trust, credibility and effectively manage others through influence.
- Flexible and resilient; able to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions.
- Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop processes and programs that are simple yet effective with the willingness to be hands on.
- Experience with and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
