As someone who is naturally curious and intrigued by the technology world, you will work closely with our technology leaders to help develop and deliver on proactive search strategies to help find exceptional talent to further our technology roadmap.

**Accountabilities**:
**Creating Innovative Search Strategies**:

- In collaboration with hiring leaders, you will use your creativity to come up with multi-pronged sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs
- Leverage social media, industry networking events, conferences and other recruiting tools to ensure a robust talent pipeline at all times

**Stakeholder Management**:

- You will develop and maintain great working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs and determine optimum sourcing strategies
- Expertly manage the complete life cycle of recruiting for your positions (source, pre-qualify, interview, extend/negotiate offers)

**Selection and Offer Process**:

- You will use behavioral interviewing techniques and expertise to provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Continuously look to improve the end-to-end talent acquisition process with speed to hire, quality of hire, pipeline management client management

**Industry and Company Knowledge**:

- Create deep networks within the tech community and be up to date with latest hiring challenges and trends and general technology trends
- Support projects, as needed and be able to shift to other client groups if needed

**What you bring to the role?**
- University degree or college diploma in a related program
- 5-8+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting
- 10+ years of general recruiting experience
- Familiarity sourcing on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Actively Participate in the tech community by attending conferences and meetups to network with tech professionals while keeping up to date with new tech trends and products
- Expert with Boolean search strings
- Ability to effectively manage a corporate portfolio of 15+ vacancies/requisitions at one time
- Innovative mindset, bold thinking and a creative approach to sourcing talent is a must
- Inquisitive and research-orientated.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills to present alternative solutions and minimize high-risk situations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $55,800 - $102,800
