- At OpenText, our global Talent Acquisition team is driven by the mission to attract and hire top talent in the Enterprise Information Management and global IT industries. As a key member of this team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to support critical recruitment initiatives across the Americas.- We are seeking a proactive and passionate **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to join us on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by recruiting exceptional talent and contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- Partner with hiring managers to serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Americas, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and extending offers.
- Act as an ambassador for OpenText’s employer brand and help promote our "Best Place to Work" culture.
- Contribute to recruitment excellence by actively participating in ongoing initiatives and projects.
- Stay informed on talent market trends, industry insights, and competitor profiles to improve hiring strategies.
- Utilize our global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
- 2+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to quickly build rapport with hiring managers.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience with Phenom is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a bonus.
- Business acumen and knowledge of the enterprise software industry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while managing multiple recruitment projects.

**Ce que vous apportez**:
- 2+ ans d'expérience en recrutement complet, avec un focus sur les rôles techniques.
- Bonne compréhension du paysage technologique et capacité à établir rapidement une relation avec les responsables du recrutement.
- Une expérience avec SAP SuccessFactors est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais ; la maîtrise de l'espagnol est un plus.
- Sens des affaires et connaissance de l'industrie des logiciels d'entreprise.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de recrutement tout en priorisant efficacement les tâches.
