Job Responsibilities:- Schedule Meetings and Appointments: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments with minimal supervision.
- Manage Office Correspondence: Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records of all correspondence.
- Assist with Data Entry and Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and assist with data entry and filing tasks.
- Maintain an Organized Workspace: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
