We are looking to add a **MEDICAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ** to our amazing team This position is expected to be 25-30 hours per week, starting ASAP

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Greeting patients
- Answering and making phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Billing patients and insurance companies, and collecting payments
- Providing practitioner administrative support
- Maintaining a clean clinic space
- Great customer service skills to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Works well in a team environment
- Comfortable answering and making phone calls
- Ability to learn new skills
- Experience working in a medical office setting is an asset, but not required
- Experience with JaneApp Software is an asset, but not required

We are a busy local multi-disciplinary medical clinic that offers Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, acupuncture, and rehabilitative exercise services for those in Sarnia-Lambton. Contract length: 11 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
