The S.L office team is looking for a dynamic number-loving tree hugger to keep every member of our team functioning at their highest capacity while creating a culture of reliable office functions. Assist in three major functions in our office. Finance, operations assistant, and admin. Ensure we have provided top-quality service and are meeting company goals and targets internally.

- **_Deliverables: _**

**_#1 Liaise between all company departments _**weekly, time block scheduled weekly.
- Assist Finance and AR manager with duties, 3 days weekly.
- Assist Operations Manager with scheduling of crews for admin-related duties, ground locates, material ordering, etc.
- Ensure all admin duties are kept current and reported to the office manager for weekly updates to the president.

**_#2. Customer care and admin growth._**
- Coordinate and help with all client’s inquiries and requests.
- billing and all financial aspects are meeting required timelines.
- Assist in keeping that all customer interactions are responded to within 24 hours and address complaints to ensure a 9.5/10 customer satisfaction rating.

**#3: Aid in maintaining company culture**
- Shadow key staff members to fill gaps and vacation time for the office.
- Help organize company events, and help schedule training.
- Maintain office admin and other duties as needed to keep the BTA and growth plan current. Grow within the company to mold your future and create a wide a varied potential.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year of office admin.
- Minimum of schooling or work experience in accounting.
- A dynamic learner with high retention for process and detail.
- Stong computer skills.
- Belief in company values and strong work ethic.
- The desire for improvement in self and others within the workplace.
- Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
- Ability to lead teams and motivate others
- Finance driven.
- Clean work area and manners in office.

COMPENSATION:
20 to 25/hour

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
