**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years Bookkeeping/Office Administrative experience
- A/P and A/R (Sage Accounting Program)
- Payroll (tracking hours, prepping for approval, generating payroll through Sage and submitting online through the bank for direct deposit)
- Customer billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Docs
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
