**POSITION & HOURS**:

- Full Time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 - 40 Hours / Week with potential extra hours during peak periods
- Newly renovated space

**SALARY & BENEFITS**:

- 40k - 50k per Annum, based on experience

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY**:
Working closely with the finance team

**Key areas of responsibility**
- Assisting accounts payable admin on processing invoices, coding invoices, issuing remittances, verifying payables process is being adhered to and 3-way match is completed completely and accurately as needed
- Working on various month-end and ad-hoc excel spreadsheets as required to reconcile customer accounts and balances
- Compliance with all general job training instructions, safe work practices and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all projects, property and intellectual property of the company.
- Ensure that the Production Department conforms to all Food Safety, Quality Management System and Health & Safety requirements.
- Attendance and participation in all required meetings.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all projects, property and intellectual property of the company.
- Report all discrepancies and breaches of any and all company procedures, protocols and integrity.
- Follow all food Safety, Quality Management System and Health & Safety requirements.
- Obey all general job training instructions, safe work practices and procedures.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- 5+ years in accounts receivable processing
- Industry experience in the produce (agriculture) industry is an asset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel (Data tables, Pivot tables, etc.) as well as use of Adobe PDF
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, data inputting and reconciling is key
- Experience using accounting/ERP systems, with previous experience using JD Edwards, Famous Produce Software, and Hubble considered an asset
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
