Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our team at Cronos GrowCo. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to sub-ledgers
- Assist with year-end audit and quarterly reviews
- Provide training and direction to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
