**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize documents related to tenders, including requests for proposal (RFPs), quotes, and bids.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Track tender deadlines and communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely submissions.
- Collect, organize, and document historical project data for use in future tenders
- Support the tendering team in managing the supplier database and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist with the preparation of tender-related reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the tendering team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a similar field required.
- Proven experience as an administrator, preferably in a tendering or procurement department.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
