Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. The successful candidate will assist Project Superintendents/Project Managers with the daily administration of projects, including reviewing contracts, drafting subcontracts, and maintaining contract documents and files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documents and files, including subcontracts and bonds.
  • Estimating Assistance: Provide support with estimating, including data entry and supplier quote orders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist Project Superintendents/Project Managers with project start-up and close-out documents and files.
  • Database Management: Maintain the estimating and contract database.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including ordering bonds and insurance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working in a Contracts Administrative/Accounts Payable role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Construction industry will be an asset.
  • Software Skills: Experience working with JD Edwards will be an asset.
  • Soft Skills: Results-driven with an ability to deliver success in a fast-paced environment. Outcome-focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business.
  • Communication Skills: Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
Work Environment

This is a fixed-term contract role, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be based at our Hamilton location.
