**Responsibilities**:
Working in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Acting as a point of contact for phone calls and correspondence
Managing appointments, meetings, and conferences
Arranging meetings and travel
Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
Handling errands and day-to-day tasks for the employer
Managing filing systems
Running errands and picking up supplies and office equipment
Liaising with clients
Other tasks as needed
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
