**Personal/Lifestyle Assistant**

**Duration**: Contract, ~5 hours/week

**Location**: Toronto, ON

Red Thread Innovations is seeking a dedicated and versatile Personal/Lifestyle Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder/CEO in managing his day-to-day personal and household tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Personal Shopping and Errands**:

- Conduct grocery shopping, including putting away items
- Meal preparation to prepare and store meals in advance
- Personal shopping for clothing, gifts, holiday items, furniture, appliances, luxury merchandise, beauty, and personal care products.
- Schedule and execute all car maintenance appointments
- Drop off and pick up dry cleaning and mail.

**2. Household and Organization Tasks**:

- Provide laundry services including folding, steaming, and ironing.
- Perform household tasks and home organization
- Manage household budgets and track expenses.
- Handle and organize mail and correspondence.
- Document management for both paper and electronic files.

**3. Financial and Administrative Support**:

- Pay bills and manage banking tasks.
- Assist with travel and legal documents.
- Record and transcribe meeting minutes.
- Conduct administrative tasks and research as needed.

**4. Home and Special Occasion Services**:

- Perform home cleaning on an occasional basis
- Arrange for home maintenance services as needed
- Project manage home renovations, installations, and repairs, including sourcing and supervising trades and suppliers.
- Provide house sitting services, including regular home inspections and maintenance while the client is away.
- Prepare the home for the client's return, such as restocking the fridge and supplies.

**5. Waiting Services**:

- Wait for and supervise utility setups, trades, service calls, and contractors.
- Supervise installations of furniture, appliances, lighting, and other home items.
- Pick-up package products/deliveries from stores/warehouses

**6. Moving, Relocation, and Transition Services**:

- Assist with real estate buying/selling processes, including pre-stage decluttering and offsite storage.
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate moves, including packing and unpacking.
- Provide downsizing and relocation assistance, including sorting, purging, and organizing.
- Manage charitable pickups, junk removal, and donations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a personal assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality is paramount
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work various hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
