As a key member of our team, you'll embody the NeuFenster brand and showcase our top-tier product range, which includes renowned names like Internorm and Schuco windows and doors.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary coupled with commission, offering an OTE ranging from $120,000 to $220,000 annually.

This role is a blend of office and field work, requiring one day per week in-office and four days on the road, from Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:
Present the full spectrum of NeuFenster Doors & Windows products to prospective clients.

Foster enduring relationships within a network of clients including general contractors, architects, and homeowners.

Procure and analyze architectural plans, prepare quotations, and offer expert consultation to clients.

Coordinate and host Lunch and Learn sessions for architectural clients.

Maintain an organized sales pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring consistent client engagement.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role within the window and door industry. Prior exposure to windows and doors is essential.

Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling.

Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Sound understanding of sales performance metrics.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Qualifications:
Expérience avérée en tant que représentant en développement des affaires, responsable de compte de vente ou rôle similaire dans l'industrie des fenêtres et portes. Une expérience préalable dans les fenêtres et portes est essentielle.

Maîtrise de diverses techniques de vente, y compris les appels à froid.

Un bilan éprouvé de réalisation ou de dépassement des quotas de vente.

Familiarité avec les logiciels CRM.

Compréhension solide des indicateurs de performance des ventes.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.

Capacité à réaliser des présentations convaincantes.
