We are currently seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our home cleaning business. As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and secure new clients for our interior home cleaning services.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential areas within designated territories, promoting our interior home cleaning services.

Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our cleaning packages, pricing, and any special promotions or offers.

Understand and address potential customer objections or concerns to effectively close sales.

Actively listen to customer needs and tailor service recommendations to meet their specific requirements.

Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into clients, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our cleaning services, staying up-to-date with any new offerings or updates.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and coordinate cleaning services for new clients.

Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Continuously build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.

Outstanding time management and organizational skills to prioritize sales visits and maximize efficiency.

Familiarity with CRM software or the ability to quickly learn and utilize sales tools for lead management.

High level of professionalism and integrity when representing the company to potential clients.

Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods during door-to-door sales visits.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to accommodate potential customers' schedules.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
