deliver content across VOD, OTT, broadcast, hospitality, and educational markets.

Our small, close-knit team is passionate about connecting content creators to emerging

opportunities, and we’re looking for an Content Operations Manager to help us grow and adapt

in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

**Role Overview**:
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of content from

clients to distribution on major VOD platforms. This includes overseeing content

deliveries, performing quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and

maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal

collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end flow of content from clients to major VOD platforms, including AppleTV, Google Play, Roku, Pluto, Peacock, Tubi, Disney, Paramount, etc.
- Liaise with clients to take delivery of incoming content (video files, key art, metadata, closed captions/subtitles) and ensure it meets industry standards.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on content and work with clients to resolve any technical issues.
- Encode and upload content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Encoder.
- Track and manage deliveries via Airtable, updating the team on the status of content during weekly meetings.

**Troubleshoot issues flagged by VOD platforms and ensure corrections are made

promptly.
- Maintain a large media library, ensuring organization and easy access.
- Adapt workflows and processes to align with evolving industry standards and

market expansion efforts.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain a large**

**media library**.
- **In-depth knowledge of audio/video formats and standards, including closed**

**caption and subtitle formats.**
- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Encoder
- Airtable
- Excel
- Familiarity with VOD platforms and delivery standards.
- Ability to adapt workflows to changing demand and new markets.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in scaling operations or implementing new workflows.
- Knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems.
