**Responsibilities**
- Publish, update and maintain website and mobile content. Includes marketing campaigns, step by step walkthroughs, client communications, video, etc.
- Work closely with writers, designers, Operations Manager, Marketing, and vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of content supporting projects and promotions.
- Participate and contribute in creative meetings, design reviews and projects.
- Help deliver an engaging and cohesive digital content experience across all channels.
- Manage both manual and automated content workflows to ensure that publishing is delivered accurately and on time.
- Contribute to client experience development by reviewing, or consulting on the content and display, user experience, content architecture and site messaging
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years working in a digital content environment.
- Experience working on digital projects with both creative and technical components.
- Advanced experience working with content management systems, browsers and web technologies.
- Advanced experience working with HTML, CSS & jQuery.
- Working knowledge with JavaScript/JSON.
- Familiar with UI design and best practices.
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), preferably WalkMe.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Strong conceptual thinker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Creative self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent communication, problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
