Content Manager

**Job Summary**
Responsibilities include formulating and executing the firm's marketing strategies, conducting thorough market research, and staying abreast of consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. The Content Manager will collaborate closely with the creative team to craft captivating marketing campaigns, design brand content for agent utilization, and maintain uniform brand messaging across diverse platforms.
Furthermore, the role involves monitoring brand performance, analyzing data, and leveraging insights to optimize brand positioning and enhance customer engagement. This entails crafting digital content, including social media video reels, static digital media content, and event marketing material, with a keen focus on driving brand visibility and resonance.
**Experience**
- Create, edit, post social media videos
- 4+ years of experience developing and executing brand and marketing campaigns from concept to in-market placement.
- Working knowledge, and high level of comfort, with marketing and design automation tools
- An ability to guide and motivate a diverse group of external agency partners and third-party suppliers toward a common goal.
- Work experience within an advertising or marketing agency, or on the client side, working with a dedicated creative team managing high volume output
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- Ability to adhere to Company’s branding guidelines.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Figma and Marq (LucidPress), an asset.
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Advanced understanding of the print production process.
- Effective oral and written communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Translating brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy for content creation.
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline and online marketing channels.
- Supporting integrated marketing and communications across various channels, including internal, external, PR, digital, social, and web platforms.
- Acting as a brand champion, both internally and externally, to ensure full compliance with brand guidelines and messaging across all marketing solutions.
- Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans, defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
- Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication, including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and agent-focused content to promote their business growth.
