**There is one Full-time contract Resource Advisor position available starting on February 26, 2024, and ending on October 31, 2024.**

**working 37.5 hours per week.**

**Your Role**:

- Provides information and support to all clients using the Resource Centre.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine eligibility for various Lutherwood programs and provides information on additional community resources as necessary.
- Facilitates job search and employment preparation workshops as required.
- Offers friendly, professional, efficient and effective customer service.

**Y O U R T A L E N T S A N D E X P E R I E N C E**:

- Knowledge and experience of employment/career development through direct or indirect experience.
- Diploma or degree in a related discipline or 1-2 years equivalent experience.
- Ability to relate well with the public. Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills desired.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and as part of a high performing team.
- Some evening work will be required.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and various social media platforms.

Rate of Pay:
Note: most new team members will start between the starting salary and the mid-point of the range.

**Job Band D (hourly wages): Min - $19.38, Mid - $20.83, Max - $22.30**
- Eligible to participate in Group RRSP and TFSA plans.
- Voluntary eligibility for Pension after 2 years
- 3 weeks Paid vacation (accumulated bi-weekly) + 15 hours of personal time per year
- Paid Sick time (accumulated monthly) to a maximum of 300 hours.
