Korecki Real Estate Services, a rapidly expanding Property Management company, is looking for a motivated **Accounting Administrator - Accounts Payable **to join our team.
- Duties include:_
- Responding to phone enquiries from trades regarding invoices, cheque releases
- Setting up/updating vendor details
- Batching invoices
- Running weekly cheque run, printing cheques
- Sorting cheques and preparing for mail out
- Filing weekly cheque run reports
- Qualifications:_
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
