Accounting and Administrative Coordinator

**This position is full-time, permanent, with the opportunity to grow and be promoted within the company for the right individual. This role would be suitable for someone with an accounting or administrative background looking to gain valuable experience.**

**Work Responsibilities**:
- Office filing and organization
- Data entry
- Basic accounting
- Reception (answering phones, greeting clients/guests, receiving deliveries etc.)
- Provide administrative support for the team
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of related experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Strong understanding of AP/AR/GST/Remittances/Reconciliations/Payroll
- Proficient computer skills and be comfortable with using digital platforms
- Exceptionally detail-oriented skillset
- Ability to problem-solve with some autonomy, as well as work closely with our Office Manager
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with a high level of professionalism
**Assets**
- Experience in customer service an asset
- Experience in Quickbooks is an asset
- Experience in HR an asset
- Experience in the Residential Design Build industry or related field is an asset.
Full-time hours: 40 per week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
