Markham, Canada Tachson Construction Inc. Full time

Job duties including but not limited to the following:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative staff and ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and motivate employees to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver quality work and meet the timelines or due dates.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other external parties.
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of desirable outcomes.
- Collaborates with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee the bookkeeping and accounting process, including invoicing, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Assist the owner to develop financial forecasts.
- Prepare internal financial reports for management.
- Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Assist with hiring processes by creating job posting, screen and circulating incoming resumes and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain employment handbook, company policies.
- Identifies new areas of growth for the business and works with teams to put plans into action.
- Ensure a safe and secure workplace by ensuring all government regulations and compliance standards are adhered to.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional verbal and written business communication
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Three or more years of experience in business management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional time management skills to balance the various duties and responsibilities this position entails.
- Preferred educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Real estate development and/or construction industry experience is a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
