**General Responsibilities**

Supporting the Business Development function under the Growth Team, the Business Development Coordinator supports the revenue growth of hardware lab-related services, including the hardware lab subscription, data center server subscription, and future lab-related service offerings. The role works closely with the Business Development team to build and expand revenue streams at ventureLAB by conducting market research, lead generation & prospecting, outreaching, deal closing, and GTM strategies.

**Business Development - Hardware Lab (50%)**
- Support Business Development to hunt, qualify, and onboard subscription clients, achieving the revenue growth and expansion of hardware lab-related services.
- Prospect, develop and maintain a pipeline for hardware lab-related services.
- Support the Business Development team to cross-sell and upsell opportunities, negotiate lab-related service renewals, and draft legal contracts.

**Business Development - New Products/Services (30%)**
- Support Business Development to hunt, qualify, and onboard customers subscribing to the ventureLAB new products and services.
- Prospect, develop, and maintain a pipeline for future revenue-generating products/services.
- Research “Blue Ocean” opportunities that ventureLAB has not contested by identifying market pain points, value propositions, and go-to-market initiatives.

**Customer Success Management (10%)**
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships to boost product adoption, driving retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Act as a product expert, guiding customers with best customer journey practices and processes by enhancing the customer experience.

**Sales Enablement (10%)**
- Design and collaborate with Business Development, Product Management, and Marketing to develop sales collateral materials and enablement resources.
- Support in building and re-designing hardware lab-related services by actively researching market needs/pain points and collecting feedback from existing clients/prospects.
