**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Principal and the rest of the staffs to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and help drive the school's growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about business development.-
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.-
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Multi-lingual ability is a plus.
- Previous work experience in the High School or Higher Education sectors is a great asset.-

Pay: $36,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
