**Job description**

Indusflow Systems is Toronto-area information technology services company. Our core offerings include managed IT services, Sage 300 and Sage CRM software implementation, consulting and software development. Our customers are in a broad range of sectors including distribution, manufacturing, logistics, long term care, non-profit, associations and medical/dental.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of IT needs of small and mid-sized businesses and your experience with B2B selling to hunt for new client opportunities.

You are an independent, self-motivated IT sales hunter with experience selling into the Toronto-area market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn the benefits of company’s solutions and services
- Work with your team to develop effective engagement strategies
- Research target industries and lists of prospects
- Build a pipeline of prospects and opportunities using a number of methods that work for you.
- Meet mutually agreed-to activity expectations
- Work with company team to improve sales and marketing performance

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- You enjoy communicating with people and have a confident conversational style
- You are persistent, patient and goal-driven
- You are committed to personal growth and continuous learning
- You are coachable and willing to learn from others
- You have a positive attitude, strong ethical foundation and integrity
- You have at least five years of successful sales hunting in the business technology industry

**Nice to Have Traits**:

- You have a solid network of decision makers in specific industries (ex: manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, retail, sales operations, non-profit, long term care)

**Salary**: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum base plus commissions. Expected on-target earnings $100,000 +

**Salary**: $54,122.00-$59,517.00 per year
