**What you will do**

Supporting our Data Center Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for leading specific accounts within the North America/EMEA/APAC regions or on a global scale. You will manage a team of Plant Project Managers, Field Project Managers, and Account Managers, ensuring effective account management, program management, and project management for the account's portfolio of projects. This role functions as the primary point of contact for clients, tasked with driving and reporting revenue, performing account planning, and delivering projects in alignment with customer specifications, on time and within budget.

**How you will do it**
- Devise and deploy all account-related revenue goals and objectives across the organization, preparing forecasts for production.
- Integrate and align customer strategies with available resources and processes to enhance revenue capabilities.
- Understand client account objectives and align support activities accordingly.
- Monitor and oversee projects, regularly compiling and communicating information related to critical activities and resources.
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual revenue plans, policies, and programs.
- Create dashboards for executive-level and client facing reports on account and program health.
- Manage product lifecycle strategies to maximize business opportunities for Silent-Aire/JCI.
- Develop, manage, and nurture existing programs and partnerships to meet volume goals.
- Build relationship maps to enhance connections across the customer account.
- Facilitate communication with clients and internal stakeholders, regularly engaging clients to address needs and opportunities for program improvement.
- Ensure programs within the account have adequate support and monitor performance against plans.
- Identify and manage program-level risks while acting as the liaison between the client and various internal teams
- Take ownership of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and strive for trusted advisor status with clients
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications as needed.
- Conduct financial analyses to support project decision-making.
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic plans and annual business preparations.
- Provide insights on competitive analysis and market trends.
- Generate revenue forecasts and monthly status reports.
- Manage all account opportunities and contacts in CRM, ensuring alignment with Operations and Finance forecasts.
- Track and report on KPIs, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and managing CRM platforms.
- Mentor and manage direct reports, including Plant Project Managers and Account Managers.
- Communicate across all Silent-Aire/JCI departments that integrate with the customer.

**Required**:

- Business Management Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing professionals in a construction setting
- Self-starter with ability to drive continuous improvement and instill quality assurance processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills to adjust labor efforts to fluctuating demands
- 5 years of experience in custom complex manufactured products and account management
- Experience in vendor procurement systems and RFP submissions
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Strong problem identification and resolution abilities
- Proven ability to maintain lasting relationships across multiple departments and business levels
