**Business Development Manager
- oXya Canada**

**As oXya continues to grow, we are looking for 2 strategic and determined Business Development Managers to help expand our vision across Canada: one position based in Toronto, and one position based in Montréal.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and service needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective/newly acquired clients.
- Partner with our pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Remain up to date on industry news.
- Always participate in the promotion of the image and brand of oXya in all agreed markets in a professional and ethical manner
- Note that you will be expected to travel in connection to your employment._

**REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE**
- Over 7 years of experience in establishing and maintaining long-term customer and working relationships.
- Experience with, but not limited to:

- Cloud based technology
- Consulting Services (including Solution selling)
- Data Services
- Knowledge and experience utilizing data analytics and AI technologies to solve problems or gain insights.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales in Canada
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Innovative and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose new Services-based solutions for clients
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle and present the value to C-level executives

**ASSETS**
- Hands-on knowledge of Consulting offerings combined with the ability to effectively discuss these services and solutions with clients.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

**Education**:
