Bookkeeper/office Administrator

We are a Montreal-based manufacturer, designer, and exporter of an extensive range of gift apparel and accessories.

**Duties include (but not limited to)**:

- Customer Orders processing (order entry and fulfilment)
- Invoicing
- A/P & A/R
- Bank deposits
- Bank reconciliation
- Inventory control
- Prepares timely monthly financial statements using Quickbooks
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
- Various other duties as may be required
- Liaise with the sales team and monitor sales forecasts vs actual

**Requirements of Position**:

- Administrative experience an asset
- Must have strong computer skills, Word and Excel a must
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
- Ability to identify critical issues with ease
- Ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in a high pace environment
- Ability to multitask

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saint-Laurent, QC H4R 1V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
