Office Assistant Administrative

Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and organize the shipping of parts internationally
- Prepare shipping documents
- Track shipped equipment
- Prepare invoices and enter expenses on Quickbooks
- Maintain customer warranty and service records
- Develop, implement and maintain organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills/aptitude, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Quickbooks experience
Shipping experience would be an asset
This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as requested by the company. Working days will be Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-5. Every Wednesday maybe required as well in the future.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
