Invoicing Clerk/ Administrative Support

**Elma Steel & Equipment Ltd.** is a metal service center, established in 1970 with locations in Listowel, Owen Sound and Cambridge. The company has serviced the steel requirements for customers throughout Southwestern Ontario for over 50 years. We are The Great Steel Place.
We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Invoicing Clerk
- Administrative Assistant at the Listowel branch to continue the excellent service and support for a wide and varied customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with sales and operational staff to collect and reconcile billing information. Ensures invoices are accurate and issued on a timely basis to avoid delays in payment. Prepares invoices for distribution to customers.
- Responds to and investigates customer account inquiries
- Organize and maintain the filing system to ensure accurate customer information and easy retrieval of billing information.
- Support sales, operations and finance department staff as necessary to complete reporting or filing duties in a timely manner.
- Manage a busy, multi-line telephone system in a friendly and professional manner.
- Other office duties and tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Possess proficient mathematical and computer skills **and knowledge of Imperial measure.**:
- Be a multi-tasker with sharp attention to detail, flexible and reliable.
- Have the ability to work with minimum supervision and function well as part of a team.
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
