Our team is seeking a motivated individual who possesses exceptional communication and people skills. Strong organizational and coordination skills are needed to balance multiple priorities. The successful individual will work closely with the Practice Manager out of the Listowel office.

The Hospital Administrator will take on leadership responsibilities such as supporting team members in their development and performance, assist with recruitment, screening, and enrolment of personnel, oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures, conduct team meetings in partnership with the Practice Manager and ownership team, and assist in the development and implementation of job evaluations for all employees.
