**Your Role**: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Office Administrator will mainly be responsible for overseeing the office and administrative service functions within the Feed Mill. This position will provide administrative support to various departments.
** Day to Day**:

- Answer telephone in a polite manner, direct calls appropriately, greet visitors and organize incoming and outgoing mail/courier.
- Contributing to smooth office operations by matching, verifying, and filing invoices for
- customer purchases.
- Providing backup coverage for accounts payable, matching, preparing, and verifying for approval and payment process; and maintaining bulk and warehouse ingredient tracking sheets.
- Work collaboratively with other site administration teams regarding customer invoicing,grain banking and month/year-end documents.
- Provide new user training/orientation to the computer systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in Agribusiness, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external teams.
- An agricultural background is an asset.
