Office Administrator and Receptionist

**About Us**: Listowel Honda, renowned for its dedication to customer service and a strong team culture, is looking to expand its team. We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill an administrative and reception role, with a significant emphasis on accounting.
**Monday to Wednesday 7:30am to 3:30pm**. May lead to Fulltime with benefits.
This role is a blend of accounting responsibilities, reception duties, and organizational skills. Your main tasks will include:
- **Accounting Tasks**: Focused on handling Payables and Receivables. Your strong background in accounting will be crucial, as precision in math and attention to detail are key.
- **Reception Responsibilities**: Managing phone calls and greeting clients, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
- **Data Entry and Computer Skills**: Competence in various software and accurate data entry are essential.
- **Banking Tasks**: A valid driver's license is necessary for bank-related duties like deposit handling.
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
- **Office Etiquette**: Professional conduct, including appropriate dress and phone etiquette, is essential.
- **Dealership Experience**: Previous experience in a dealership is an advantage but not mandatory. Understanding sales processes is beneficial.
- **Organizational Skills**: The ability to multitask and stay organized is vital in our fast-paced setting.
