**The impact you'll make**:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Retail, the Corporate Sales Specialist’s purpose is to drive Corporate Sales outreach. This role involves collaborating with Store Managers to develop customized sales strategies for bulk orders, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and contributing to overall retail success by aligning sales initiatives with organizational goals. The Corporate Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and staying ahead of market trends in the retail industry.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
**What you'll do**:
**Corporate Sales Outreach**
- Supporting Retail teams to expand their networks and capture outbound strategy sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify outbound sales opportunities by tracking historic order requests and monitoring trends.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients to understand their future bulk order needs.
- Partner strategically with Marketing to align targeted outreach activities and corporate gifting opportunities with upcoming campaigns.
**Bulk Order Processing**
- Own and complete the end-to-end processing of all bulk orders from multiple avenues.
- Use Point of Sale System to create customer accounts, set up sales orders, follow the specific established processes.
- Initiate and complete payment process with Customer either over the phone via credit card, wire transfer, or EFT.
- Build relationships and liaise with the CX team, TX team, Distribution, Supply Chain and Operations, Information Technology, Accounting to ensure smooth processing of all aspects of each bulk order.
**Operations**
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment, working with partners in Operations & Supply Chain and CX to ensure a smooth experience for the customer.
- Provide seamless customer experiences and prompt communication to our Customers and Internal Stakeholders, while adhering to all current Service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product availability, pricing, and competitive positioning.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Work cross-functionally to identify, analyze, and improve existing processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards and improve the user experience for Community Members and end-users.
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and increase sales strategies.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**:
- Must have previous experience either in Customer Service, Sales, Wholesale, Promotions, Hospitality, or another relevant background.
- Exceptional attention to detail and coordination skills are required.
- Customer centric mentality, proven problem solving, and relationship building skills.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbally.
- Previous experience using an ERP is considered an asset.
- Previous understanding of Saje Wellness products is considered an asset.
- Must contribute to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.

The compensation range for this position is from $50,000- $ 62,500 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
