**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Meet financial targets for volume and market share for all products.
- Drive growth of existing accounts and ensure the development of new ones.
- Develop and deepen (relevant) market knowledge that can impact product sales.
- Monitor the commercial accounts developed in order to achieve the sales objectives of each one.
- Perform needs analysis of customer accounts to maximize sales and results.
- Participate in events and business networks to increase the visibility of the company.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-3 years of corporate sales experience
- Proven record of achievement in prospecting, business development and closing new business using a consultative sales approach
- Superior communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- French proficiency is a plus

**Salary**: $45,000 + sales commissions

**Benefits**: Health insurance, paid vacation, personal leave and sick leave
