**Job description**
At Imagine Wireless, we’re looking for an accomplished Corporate Sales Manager - BC, based out of Vancouver, who is motivated to be part of a winning team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Corporate Sales, this Corporate Sales Manager role is responsible for the growth of wireless/wireline and other partner solutions. Leading sales and client-relationship management. Hire, coach, develop retain and grow a team of Corporate Account Executive team. Propose and develop new account development strategies, write proposals, and guide long-term objectives to meet business outcomes, while delivering strong ROI.
You will lead the sales efforts while keeping an eye on the bottom line, running a growth oriented and profitable business. This role requires attention and leadership to the sales process along with supporting the operational capabilities of your territory and customer base. This is a true business leadership opportunity being rewarded for driving top line and managing bottom line to achieve corporate objectives for the region.
**Your Impact within the role**
In this customer-facing, revenue-generating role, you will interface with, and sell to, all levels and contacts across the Corporate Sales team account base. You will analyze the customer environment to identify areas where Rogers can add value and address specific business needs. In collaboration with the Corporate Account Executive team, will lead business development growth, specifically around existing client base, relationship management, opportunity growth, proposal preparation, and other activities assigned. Additionally, working directly with the Corporate Account Executive team, you will ensure we maximize our existing account base relationship by growing our services and associated revenues.
**What is required to be successful**:
- Identify, qualify, advance, and win new opportunities along with your Corporate Account Executive team
- Collaborate with Account Executives and create strategic territory plans focusing on growing small business and increasing sales culture in the business outbound sales teams
- Work with Head Office staff to ensure initiatives are aligned with national priorities
- Provide on-going coaching, leadership and development of sales employees to continuously improve their sales skills to ensure quotas are met.
- Manage the resolution of sensitive customer requests and issues where necessary.
- Recruit and onboard new dealer SMB hires including devising a 90 day training and accountability plan
- The Corporate Sales Manager will be accountable for driving SMB sales and market share
- Hire, coach, develop, retain, and grow a team of Corporate Account Executive team, reporting directly into Corporate Sales Manager
- Meet and exceed revenue sales objectives and grow monthly recurring revenues
- Manage a range of opportunities, the associated reporting, and account planning to support the achievement of sales objectives
- Ensure existing accounts base of customers are contacted well in advance of their contracts expiring
- Engage and work closely with extended team members, including Corporate Account Executive, Management, and the broader account team: other sales specialists, Product Managers, Operations Managers, Service Managers, and others to deliver the required support and value for our clients
- Design and implement strategic growth plans for account base
- Oversee sales functions for all product portfolios “process and operation steps”
- Identify and correct account base gaps through strategy and tactics
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Report sales volume for multiple products Wireline, Solutions, and Partners
- Build, support, and coach team to sustain business objectives
- Negotiate contacts and agreements
- Prepare all documentation required for the request of proposals RFP
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners
- Maintain high levels of knowledge and expertise regarding ALL wireline solutions and services
- Collaborate with marketing to synchronize sales activities to marketing touchpoints
- Lead high profile customer presentations
- Point person for solutions and technical support Wireline, DC, IoT, and all other wireline solutions
- Collaborate with learning and enablement to continually develop internal sales
- Research new market trends and recommend new company offerings
- Knowledge of internal escalation model and internal Rogers processes, key connections, and relationships
- Create updated training and coaching on Standard Operating Procedures for onboarding individuals
- Cross-functional training to Regional Manager for acquisition team and additional groups
- Work collectively to have a creative go to market plan
- Create a training model for the team for all solutions
- Cross function synergy to make sure to coach and train individuals for the development of their role
