The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our corporate partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
- Proven ability to sell and build sales.
- A sales leader with a history of managing a high-performing team that exceeds KPIs.
- Experience building and managing department budgets.
- Strong network and experience uncovering and building corporate relationships.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum based on experience.
