Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility to ensure Corporate Sales and in club advertising sales are meeting targets for all four (4) Gold’s Gym British Columbia locations
- Meet and exceed sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring consistency of sales metrics
- Provide exceptional service and manage current relationships with corporate and in club advertising accounts to ensure proper communication and growth of partnerships
- Develop, build, and acquire new corporate and in club advertising accounts to increase revenue for the company
- Manage and implement lead generation strategies to ensure quota are hit each month
- Conducting presentations through phone calls, video conferencing and in person meetings
- Draft and submit sales reports to upper management as required
- Work closely with Sales Director and club level team members (General Manager and Fitness Consultants) as a key contributor to the company’s overall success and profitability
- Participate in events to generate new sales and build current relationship, such as trade shows, open houses, lunch and learns, member appreciation nights, etc.
- Able to self organize with a strong attention to detail, work within budgets, have a responsibility for timelines and be able to think creatively to drive corporate sales initiatives
- Be active in the community by organizing events regularly, connecting with other local businesses to support healthy relationships and marketing opportunities.
- Provide exceptional leadership through working with the sales team, leading by example and building a positive team spirit
- Deliver financial results by creating a positive and supportive environment, setting standards in customer service and corporate sales growth
- Delegate effectively by assigning and working with club level sales team (Fitness Consultant and General) to support in lead generation, sales, and relationships with corporate and in club advertising accounts

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Possess strong written and verbal skills
- Professional, organized, motivated, energetic and works well alone or in a group
- Detailed understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business result
- Experience using CRM software to manage and communicate with prospects and clients
- College or University degree preferred, with minimum three (3) years experience in sales (Business to business sales experience is an asset)
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is an asset
- Competent in performance metrics including revenue, budgeting, sales forecasting and other Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast-paced environment
