**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative HR Support:_
- Draft, manage, and facilitate the execution of contracts, NDAs, and other HR-related documents for contractors.
- Maintain and update contractor profiles in HR systems such as Deel or similar platforms.
- Handle HR clerical duties, including time-off requests, attendance tracking, contractor record management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to assist in decision-making processes.
- Onboarding & Training:_
- Lead and support onboarding processes for new contractors, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions to familiarize contractors with company policies, tools, and expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide necessary tools, access, and resources for new contractors.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:_
- Collaborate with leadership to draft job postings, manage job advertisements, and screen resumes.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition to meet staffing needs and company goals.
- Team Relations & Change Management:_
- Provide support for contractor inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution while promoting a positive work culture.
- Assist with change management initiatives, communicating updates and changes effectively across the organization.
- Maintain a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Reporting:_
- Ensure compliance with local contractor engagement laws and regulations across applicable jurisdictions.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, including turnover, recruitment metrics, and satisfaction surveys.

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience:_
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in an HR role or similar position is required; familiarity with remote or international teams is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies:_
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools such as Deel, or simular
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR data management.
- Familiarity with contractor compliance, engagement practices, and change management processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset.

**Work Environment and Requirements**:

- Remote position with flexibility to accommodate time zones within US Pacific to Eastern hours.
- Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer.

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
