Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annumJob Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resource team, assisting with the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel files. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
  • Supporting the recruitment process, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and liaising with recruiting firms
  • Maintaining employee personnel files using Bamboo HR platform
  • Assisting with performance management procedures using Bamboo HR platform
  • Producing and submitting reports as required by partners
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A post-secondary degree in human resources or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR coordinator
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Experience with Bamboo HR Platform preferred
  • Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
