We are looking for a **Administrative Assistant** who is highly organized self-motivated professional for a part-time position.

Your Impact:

- Act as a first point of contact for all visitors and clients in a friendly manner
- You have energy, enthusiasm, a great sense of humor and exceptional customer service abilities
- Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and couriers
- Work with our Operations Manager aiding with safety, project documents, accounts payable and receivables
- Managing office equipment and supplies

Your expertise:

- Proactive and flexible with the ability to work with little direction
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Motivation to tackle anything head on with a can-do attitude
- Love to work as part of a team or on your own
- Amazing time management skills and able to juggle multiple requests
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Strong technology skills and able to adapt quickly to new programs
- Experience with Office 365 Basic Suite, specifically Excel
- Accounts Payable experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances upon hire
