**THE ROLE**
The Event & Administrative Coordinator (RMC) plans, organizes, and coordinates the programs and financial administration of Personnel Support Programs (PSP) for the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC). They analyze and make recommendations for PSP business plans and budgets. The PSP Coordinator assists with the coordination of special events. They prepare reports, briefings, responses to enquiries, and other correspondence, and make recommendations for action.
**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration and Recreation Services, or a related field, AND several years of experience in a related field
**Experience**
In business planning
In project management
In basic accounting
In budget administration
In researching and writing reports
In using inventory information software
In planning and conducting presentations
**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS** English or French Essential, Bilingual an asset**
