**Position**: Office Manager
**Location**: Brandon Biomed Inc. Headquarters
**Working Hours**: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday (No travel required)
Job Responsibilities:
- **Team Management**: Oversee and manage our biomedical team, consisting of around 15 skilled professionals, ensuring smooth operations and effective team collaboration.
- **Safety Training**: Implement and manage safety training programs for the biomedical team to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
- **Scheduling**: Develop and maintain schedules for the biomedical team to optimize efficiency and meet service demands.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange travel logistics for key team members as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely bookings.
- **Customer Relations**: Handle escalations professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- **Office Operations**: Maintain an organized office environment, fostering a productive and supportive work atmosphere for the team.
Must-Have Skills:
- **Organization**: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- **Scheduling Experience**: Proven experience in creating and managing complex schedules for technical teams.
- **Technical Team Management**: Strong background in leading and managing technical teams, ensuring operational effectiveness.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and customers.
- **Customer Service**: Demonstrated ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment and facilitate effective collaboration.
- **Self-Starter**: Proactive and motivated to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience:
- **Microsoft Access**: Familiarity with database management to support administrative tasks.
- **Google Calendars**: Proficiency in using Google Calendars to manage team schedules.
- **HubSpot**: Knowledge of HubSpot for customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus.
