**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for establishing an engaging and productive office environment, and positive interactions with all visitors and staff.
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting, and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
- Oversees the acquisition, distribution, and storage of company supplies and shared support services such as mailing, printing, and copying; security; and cleaning and maintenance.
- Works with hiring managers to onboard new employees including arrangement of the necessary tools and resources.
- Make travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations) and process expense reports.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
- Assist with maintenance of various Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and other documents for internal and external use.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently with limited management oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor and a can-do approach.
- Proven ability to multi-task, respond effectively to conflicting priorities, and ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met while exercising attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office productivity software.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- Three or more years of administrative and clerical experience required.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
