**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and support office operations including all reception and mailroom services, answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional manner
- Filing, printing, scanning, and copying
- **Perform and oversee day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, invoicing**:

- **Manage invoicing and deposits, reviewing, coding, and processing payments**:

- Manage and oversee accurate and timely entry of salary timesheets for all site personnel, make corrections and edits to timesheets as necessary
- Processing payroll and payroll-related transactions WSIB, Insurance, etc.
- Review office supplies on hand and order as required
- Prepare and document all outgoing mail, parcels and packages internally and externally and arrange for the pickup and delivery of mail in a timely manner
- Establishes and updates records of correspondence, maintains all documents and records

**Experience**
- **Three + years of previous experience in office administration, preferably working with construction union employees and remittances**:

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- You display a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience with Maestro software is an asset

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, knowledge of WSIB
- Understanding and experience with processing payroll, AP, AR
- You have a strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Other Requirements
- Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License
- MUST be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada
- Please note our offices are located in Cambridge, Ontario

Salary
- Competitive compensation (will be determined based on experience)
