Our company is looking to hire an office administrator/manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve:

- greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments
- preparing invoices and collecting payments
- preparing service quotations or product quotations
- ordering of parts, inventory, shop supplies, first aid supplies, and interacting with vendors
- interacting with customers prior to, during, and after vehicle repair(s)

This position will work in tandem with the Service Manager to ensure our customer's needs are met to the best of our collective ability, and that our technicians are supported with all relevant data to allow best execution of each repair/diagnosis.

Cambridge Auto Repair has been serving the community for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on quality service at reasonable prices.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. RRSP matching program is offered.

What you'll need:

- prior experience in office administration
- some knowledge of automotive parts and systems is preferred
- valid driver's license & clean drivers abstract
- OSSD (high school diploma) or equivalent
- any additional spoken language skills would be beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON N1R 4S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- office adminstration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
