**The Opportunity**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Administrative activities ranging from client contact to closing
- Written and verbal communications with real-estate lawyers, clients, and other agents
- Organization of client closing gifts and birthday cards
- Distribution and collection of lock boxes and other various items and documents
- Scheduling activities and events
- Managing the agent’s CRM, social media platforms, and website
- Marketing
- Self Starter
- Exceptional organization skills
- Follow through and exceptional follow up
- Produce and schedule sponsored ads and ad campaigns
- Other duties as assigned and requested
- familiar with CANVA, VISTA SOCIAL
- able to manage websites and learn quickly
- Able to manage CRM
- Newsletter and writing must have
- MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY
**Qualifications**:
- A Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/diploma
- 2+ years’ working experience in office administration is considered an asset
- Experience managing social media platforms and websites
- Experience using the program, Canva is a strong asset
- Ability to create sponsored advertisements and campaign ads
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order to ensure overall quality of work
- The ability to handle job responsibilities with a mínimal direction and/or supervision
- Must be extremely organized and have the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks often with conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Superior communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as a team member
- Understanding of the sensitivity of handling personal and confidential information
- Ability to be flexible and travel to locations throughout the KW region (G-class licence required)
- Able to produce a “clean” background check
**Compensation**:To be discussed based on skills and experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $16.55-$28.14 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 34 per week
