**What you will be doing**:

- Implementing and refining the corporate strategy to further develop Indigo’s market position by defining and building business relationships.
- Lead generation, cold-calling, networking, and new client relationship building.
- Being up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and their industry standards, and identifying strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Facilitate local staff and assist in marketing campaigns
- Communicate information to the leadership team regarding competitive landscape & analysis, market trends, customer trends, service gaps, and areas for improvement
- Participate in Requests for Proposals for parking management services
- Communicate any pertinent information on sales methods, techniques, and tools
- Attend and be responsible for preparation for relevant trade shows and exhibitions
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to filing, generating reports, and maintaining business templates
- Other duties as assigned

**What you bring to the table**:

- 3 years of relevant experience in a business development or sales role
- 1 to 2 years of experience parking industry is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing is considered an asset
- Consultative selling with a focus on long-term relationship building
- Strong lead generation, cold-calling, and negotiation skills
- Experience in regional management or multi-account management is considered an asset
- Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with stakeholders
- Must have own vehicle to travel within the region
- Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
- Consummate professional with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
